Join us for the DYB Opening Ceremonies, where participants of the 2024 Diamond Youth Baseball (DYB) World Series will be showcased at the football stadium for South Carolina State University.
Opening ceremony is free-of-charge and is open to the public.
Food + Beverages will be available for purchase for all attendees.
Players, coaches, and designated officials will be provided dinner at the stadium at 6:30pm.
Please enter campus through Gate 5, 401 Chestnut Street, or Gate 1, 100 Buckley Street. Please follow signage to find your designated parking area close to the stadium.
Ballpark Opens:
2 hours before first pitch
Allows you entry to all games during the entire tournament.
This link is for a series pass only. For a daily tournament pass, those will be available at entry to the ballpark for $10/per person. Please note that to purchase a Series Pass, you must create an account via a username and password or login to your account if you already have a username and password.
Allows you entry to one full day of games during the tournament.
All attendees must have a pass to enter the ballpark at any point during the tournament. Passes are not required for Concerts in the Park.
Series Passes will be sold during Opening Ceremonies and at the ticket booths during the first day of play (pool play on Friday, July 26). Daily passes will only be sold at the ticket booths each day and can only be purchased on the day you are attending the World Series.
Spectators are encouraged to purchase Series Passes in advance.

Please use the main entrance of Orangeburg Recreation Park, 224 Magnolia Village Parkway (across from Lowe's on North Road), for both the Tournament and for the Concerts in the Park.
Our team will help you navigate throughout the complex. Those with disabled parking placards will be guided to a designated area.

Food and beverages will be available for sale during all games and entertainment events at the Orangeburg Recreation Park.
In an effort to keep the lines to a minimum and serve everyone as quickly as possible, the concessions stations will not be accepting cash and will be accepting credit cards only.
Coolers are NOT permitted inside the ballpark. Alcohol is prohibited in all areas at Orangeburg Recreation Park.

Here's what you can expect from MUSC Health:
EMS and Emergency Department staff will be available to provide emergency medical care, if needed. They will have all essential medical supplies on hand.
For prompt transportation to a hospital, if necessary, two Paramedic staffed ambulances will be stationed on-site throughout the event.
Their team of certified athletic trainers will be on-site to provide medical care to athletes, including evaluation and treatment of injuries. They will be equipped with all necessary medical supplies.
A comprehensive communication system will ensure a coordinated response to any medical needs that may arise.
